How Can I Ask…? Family and Domestic Violence Workshops for AOD Services

NCETA

NCETA is conducting national training workshops to help AOD treatment services:

  1. Increase their understanding of the relationship between AOD use and FDV within the context of AOD treatment settings
  2. Assist workers to identify and respond to FDV
  3. Provide workers with strategies to further implement the Can I Ask…? resource into practice
  4. Promote greater awareness of the interrelationships between the AOD, FDV, child and family and child protection sectors. 

These workshops will build on the concepts detailed in the FDV resources developed by NCETA:
