National Alcohol & Drug Knowledgebase (NADK) website has been updated
NCETA is proud to launch the updated National Alcohol & Drug Knowledgebase (NADK) website. The site houses over 300 FAQs about alcohol and other drug issues which have been updated with the latest Australian data findings. The site has also been refreshed with a new look and feel, improved useability and search functionality.
The NADK was developed by NCETA with the support of the Australian Government Department of Health, and is designed to provide health practitioners, policy makers and the general public with accurate and easy-to-understand information about alcohol and drug-related issues in Australia.
The NADK aims to provide a concise and user-friendly way to understand the sometimes confusing and contradictory information available in existing alcohol- and drug-related datasets. It uses a diverse range of reliable data sources to provide answers to Frequently Asked Questions about specific drug types, patterns of use, health implications, treatment service utilisation, and law enforcement.
