Nathan Harrison (Flinders University PhD Candidate and Senior Research Officer, NCETA) recently had the opportunity to share some of his early PhD research in the August 2023 webinar held by the APSAD Smoking Cessation Professionals (ASCP) Special Interest Group. In his webinar, Nathan provided an overview of how lung cancer screening presents a unique 'teachable moment' for smoking cessation among high-risk groups, and reported qualitative findings on how smoking cessation interventions might be embedded into targeted lung cancer screening in Australia.
