Project description:
In collaboration with the University of SA, NCETA is developing nationally a consistent ‘fit for work’ policy and associated procedures for the Construction, Forestry, Mining, & Energy Union (CFMEU). A comprehensive review of research relevant to the management of alcohol and other drug and fatigue related risk in the workplace will be undertaken in order to ensure the policy and procedures are evidence-based, focused on ‘best’ practice, and contribute to the health and wellbeing of all employees.
