NDRI contributes to WA preventive health summit

Led by WA Health and Mental Health Minister and Deputy Premier Roger Cook, the Western Australian Government convened a Preventive Health Summit on 2 March 2018 to discuss alcohol and obesity, considered two key health issues for Western Australians that need to be tackled.
Key strategies for preventing alcohol related social and health problems and encouraging community engagement to promote healthy lifestyles were discussed. Professors Steve Allsop and Tanya Chikritzhs were among a select group of invited speakers and contributed to the panel discussion.
